& Conditions

Before booking, please take a moment to review the salon policies below. These guidelines protect your time, my time and ensure every client receives a smooth, respectful, and elevated experience.

Salon Policies

  • To protect the health and safety of myself and every client in the studio, no signs of illness of any kind is permitted, this includes:

    • Coughing

    • Congestion, Wheezing, or Shortness of Breath

    • “Allergies” you are unsure about

    • Anything that resembles cold, flu, COVID, or respiratory symptoms

    If you arrive showing any symptoms, your appointment will be cancelled immediately, you will be charged in full and you will no longer be able to book future appointments.

    There are no exceptions.

    Please cancel as soon as symptoms begin. You must wait a minimum of 14 days before rescheduling to ensure full recovery.

    Because availability is limited and opens on a 35 day rolling basis, you may need to wait until the next slot becomes available on the booking site.

  • Appointments fill quickly.

    You can now book up to 35 days in advance from today’s date. New openings appear daily. If you don’t see availability, that simply means all appointments have been filled. Please check back regularly.

  • A non-refundable $100 deposit is required for all new client appointments and is transferable once within 60 days, based on availability.

    Returning clients must have a valid card on file.

  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Cancellations within 24 hours → 50% charge

    • No-call/no-shows → 100% charge

    These fees help protect my time and allow other clients to be served

  • If you will be up to 15 minutes late, please notify me.

    Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and a no-show fee.

  • No guests at appointments.

    Only clients 16+ are permitted in the studio and a parent or guardian may wait in the waiting area.

    Hair must arrive fully detangled and all previous styles removed to avoid cancellation.

  • To maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all clients, phone calls and speakerphone use are not permitted during services.

    If you’d like to listen to music, take a meeting, or watch something while sitting under the dryer, please bring headphones.

    I understand that emergencies may come up. If you need to take a call, please keep it brief and a low volume to avoid disturbing other clients.
